CENTRE CLOSURE

The centre will be closed on Thursday 13 April at 3pm and will re-open after the school holidays on Monday May 1st at 9am.  Have a safe and happy Easter from all of us here at KWC.

Job Vacancy – Course Coordinator

The Kapiti Women’s Centre has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced woman, wanting to work in a supportive Not For Profit organisation.

This is a busy and varied position with responsibility for the planning and implementation of the Education Programme offered at the Centre.

This is a 12 hour position worked on Monday and Tuesday each week during primary school terms.

This is a 12 month contract role.

Eliminate computer confusion

You still have time to join the “Digital Literacy for laptops and tablets” course which begins tomorrow Tuesday.

On this course, Jenny will demystify these magical (when they are behaving and we know how to use them) tools. She will help us understand and develop our skills to maximise the benefits available on these devices.

The course runs over three week on Tuesday afternoons from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm. Contact the Centre on 04 902 6222 to ensure you are able to share Jenny’s wisdom.

We still have limited places available on our every popular “Intro to Mosaics” course.  This is a 2 half day course and it is a great opportunity to learn the art of mosaic and create your own designs.
