Centre Closure
The centre will close at 3pm on Friday 25 September 2015 for the school holidays and reopen again on Monday 12 October 2015 at 9am. We look forward to seeing you then.
Term 3 2015 Courses
Our Term 3 course programme is now open for registration. We are offering a diverse range of courses, Needle Felting for Beginners, Belly Dancing, Harakeke Weaving …just to name a few. Courses are still only $15 (with $15 equipment fee for art courses), and your payment confirms your place on the course. Some courses fill up very quickly! The Paekakariki Women’s Clothing Swap was held on Sunday for the third year running, organisers Vicky Walker and Carmen Slater presented Rae and Abby with $500 that they raised for the Kapiti Women’s Centre, this money will be used to purchased much needed books for our free library, we would like to thank you for your generosity and support.
We’re Back!
KWC is open for Term 2, and we’d love to see you all! Don’t forget that you are always welcome to come in and have a cuppa and some time out, or a good chat with one of our centre workers. We’ve also got lots of info about what’s happening here at the centre, and in the wider community.
