5 – Valuing our service

After your first and last counselling sessions, you will be asked to complete an evaluation form. The evaluation of the KWC Counselling Service is important for us and ensures the service is the best it can be.

The evaluations are anonymous and confidential.

If there are any concerns about what you report, the Coordinator may discuss these with her Supervisor and the Counsellor.
