The Way to Wellbeing
An introduction to the Alexander Technique will teach you how to use your body with freedom, ease and poise. This technique results in great posture, improved well-being and enhances your quality of life. Thursdays beginning 17 November from 9:30am to 11:30 pm for 4 sessions.
