Condoms

KWC provides free condoms to all women. These are available from the bathroom at the Centre and women are encouraged to help themselves as they need. KWC is very grateful to the Coastal Medical Rooms for their support in enabling this service to be provided.

Needle Felting with Fibre

Needle felting is quick, easy and fun! On this course you will make a small bear from alpaca fibre. They make great gifts. Give it a go! Monday and Tuesday, 22 and 23 August, from 9:15am to 11:45am for 2 sessions.

Stress versus Relaxation

Come to this relaxation course and learn how to slow down the thinking process. Be prepared to learn, laugh and have fun. Tuesdays, beginning 6 September from 9:30am to 11:30am for 4 sessions.

Bringing Out the Best in Children

A course designed to help women develop positive parenting skills and explore ways to bring the best out of their children. Thursdays, beginning 18 August from 9.30am to 11.30am for 6 sessions.

Women Older & Wiser or Wackier (WOW)

A fortnightly gathering for “older & wiser/wackier” women of the community. Join them for a cuppa, discussions, ideas and friendships. Gatherings are held every second Wednesday starting 3 August at 12:30pm. Bring your lunch and enjoy a hot or cold drink.
