Mindfulness and the Alexander Technique. A practical course using the principles of the Alexander Technique to: Heighten your awareness, change habitual patterns of thinking, ground you in your body, change the way you use your body in daily activity, reduce stress and promote calm. Sounds like a very grounding way to step into the new year!
